The virtuosic irreverence of The Aristocrats will land in Spain next May. The explosive instrumental trio formed by Guthrie Govan, Bryan Beller and Marco Minnemann will perform six concerts in our country as part of their European tour, presenting live their latest and ambitious studio work: ‘Duck’.
After more than a decade pushing the limits of instrumental fusion rock, The Aristocrats have earned a worldwide reputation thanks to their unique approach: an unpredictable blend of rock, jazz, metal, pop, country, and any other madness that crosses their path. All of this seasoned with a very particular sense of humor and a simply astonishing technical level. Seeing them live is witnessing an unpredictable show where absolutely anything can happen every night.
Duck, their fifth studio album, is a hilarious and deranged conceptual work that tells the story of a duck's escape from a remote Antarctic island to New York, while being chased by a persistent penguin policeman. Released in February 2024, the record has been received as their most ambitious project to date, taking their creativity to new—and delirious—horizons.
The Spanish tour will begin on Saturday, May 9 in Palma de Mallorca (Es Gremi) and will continue on Monday, May 11 in Bilbao (Kafe Antzokia). On Tuesday 12 they will play in Madrid (Teatro Eslava) and on Sunday 17 they will visit Seville (Sala Custom). On Tuesday 19 they will arrive in Valencia (Rock City) and they will close on Wednesday 20 in Barcelona (Sala Apolo).
A unique opportunity to enjoy live three of the most dazzling musicians of the current scene, capable of combining virtuosity, creative freedom and humor like no one else.
