The virtuosic irreverence of The Aristocrats will land in Spain next May. The explosive instrumental trio formed by Guthrie Govan, Bryan Beller and Marco Minnemann will perform six concerts in our country as part of their European tour, presenting live their latest and most ambitious studio album: ‘Duck’.
After more than a decade pushing the boundaries of instrumental rock fusion, The Aristocrats have earned a worldwide reputation thanks to their unique approach: an unpredictable mix of rock, jazz, metal, pop, country and any other madness that crosses their path. All of this seasoned with a very particular sense of humor and an astonishing technical level. Seeing them live means witnessing an unpredictable show, where anything can happen every night.
Duck, their fifth studio album, is a hilarious and unhinged conceptual work that tells the story of a duck escaping from a remote Antarctic island to New York while fleeing from a persistent penguin police officer. Released in February 2024, the album has been hailed as their most ambitious project to date, taking their creativity to new – and delirious – horizons.
The Spanish tour will kick off on Saturday, May 9 in Palma de Mallorca (Es Gremi), followed by Monday, May 11 in Bilbao (Kafe Antzokia). On Tuesday, May 12 they will play Madrid (Teatro Eslava), Sunday, May 17 in Seville (Sala Custom), Tuesday, May 19 in Valencia (Rock City), and will close on Wednesday, May 20 in Barcelona (Sala Apolo).
A unique opportunity to experience live three of the most dazzling musicians on today’s scene, capable of combining virtuosity, creative freedom and humor like no one else.
