Ticket information
A maximum of 6 tickets per user may be purchased. Tickets exceeding this number may be cancelled. No changes or refunds are allowed.
Reduced mobility and companion information
If you have reduced mobility, you must email help@madnesslive.es before making any purchase. We must process the “Reduced mobility tickets” and “Companion tickets” (if required) ourselves. You must be able to prove this condition with an official document on the day of the event. Without such accreditation, access to the venue will not be permitted. All tickets for the reduced mobility area have been managed through help@madnesslive.es, and under no circumstances will the purchase of general tickets grant access to the designated reduced mobility area.
Information for underage access
Underage attendees under 14 years old
Accompanied by their father/mother/legal guardian (in this case, NO authorization will be required).
Accompanied by an authorized adult, provided that they complete this authorization digitally, duly completed by their father/mother/legal guardian, and present their physical ID.
Underage attendees aged 14 and 15
They may access the event without being accompanied by an adult, provided that this authorization is completed digitally by their father/mother/legal guardian and they present their physical ID.
Underage attendees aged 16 and 17
They are underage for all purposes, but are not required to be accompanied or authorized.
There is no price distinction for minors; the ticket price is the same as for any other ticket.
Schedule
The final schedule will be published a few weeks before the event.
Doors open at 5:00 PM.
