Information on reduced mobility and companions
If you have reduced mobility, please write to help@madnesslive.es before making any purchase. We must process the "Tickets for people with reduced mobility" and "Companion Tickets" (if necessary). This process may take several days, so please be patient. Remember that these tickets are assigned in order of request and have a limited capacity. You must be able to prove your status with an official document on the day of the event.
Information on access for under age
Children under 16 years of age may only enter the venue accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children ages 0 to 12 have free admission to the festival.
Tickets available later. Children ages 13 and older must pay full-price admission.
