CONSUMER AND USER WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT
Regarding Merchandise Products
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 natural days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 natural days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the products sold through this website.
Please note that you cannot exercise this right in the following cases:
Customized products that have been manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer. Goods with an imminent expiration date or high probabilities of deterioration in a short period of time. Products that have been altered after purchase, mixed with others in a way that makes it impossible to separate or differentiate them. Items that were purchased with a seal and are being returned without that warranty seal. Products or services with a variable amount, determined based on market prices and whose fluctuations cannot be predicted and could occur during the withdrawal period. Products purchased in a public auction. Daily press, except in cases where return is accepted by contract, as is the case, for example, with subscriptions. Articles that have undergone repairs for which the company has supplied goods other than the usual spare parts or provided additional services not specifically requested by the consumer. Digital content for which the consumer has given prior consent certifying that they waive their right of withdrawal. Services that have been fully executed, and for which the consumer has given prior consent certifying that they waive their right of withdrawal once the execution has started. Accommodation services scheduled for a specific date, provided that their function is not to serve as housing.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise products or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

The refund will be carried out without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 natural days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the merchandise products before the end of this period.
In cases where, having acquired our products through the website, the customer is responsible for the return costs of the merchandise products and these products, due to their nature, cannot be normally returned by mail, you must assume the direct cost of returning the merchandise products. In cases where the return is due to Madness Live!'s actions, the company will be responsible for the return costs.
Please note that you are only responsible for the diminished value of the merchandise products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the merchandise products.
If the show for which the user has purchased a ticket is subject to cancellation, date change, or substantial alteration by the organizing team, the artist, or the Promoter, you should contact the provider.
Once the ticket is purchased, its amount will not be changed or refunded, except for reasons provided in current legislation.
The inability to attend an event or show or the occurrence of an error during the ticket(s) purchase are not reasons that allow for their refund. In the event of a refund for any of the provided reasons, travel, accommodation, and any other expenses related to the user's attendance at the concert are the user's responsibility and risk, and these amounts will not be refunded in any case.
The user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution, in accordance with the current regulations on consumer protection and retail trade.
Cancellation: If a show is canceled (and not rescheduled), the user will be offered a refund of the ticket's sale price, in accordance with the applicable legislation. If a show takes place over several days and one or more day(s) are canceled (but not all the days that make up the show), a partial refund corresponding exclusively to the canceled day(s) can be processed.
In the event of ticket refunds due to cancellation, the corresponding amounts will be refunded according to the provisions of the applicable legislation at the time and place of the concert.
Date Change: Unless otherwise indicated for a specific show, if the date of the show is changed, tickets will be offered to the user (subject to availability), with a value corresponding to the originally purchased tickets. If the user is unable to attend the show on the new date, a refund of the sale price of the ticket(s) will be offered, as applicable under the current legislation. The user must inform the provider through the designated channels if they cannot attend the new date within the timeframe set by the provider in each case. Otherwise, the provider will confirm the ticket(s) for the new date, and the user will not have the right to demand a refund.
Substantial Alteration: If a show is substantially altered, the user can choose to confirm the corresponding order for the altered show or request a refund of the ticket(s) sale price, in accordance with the current legislation. If the user does not communicate their decision within 72 hours following the notification, and unless the promoter expressly indicates otherwise, the provider will assume that the user chooses the refund. A "substantial alteration" is a change that causes the show to differ significantly from what buyers of the tickets could reasonably expect. The following will not be considered a substantial alteration:
Any opening act performances; Changes in any member of a group; The lineup or formation of any show involving multiple artists (e.g., a festival).
To request a refund, the user must send their request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In each case, the specific timeframe for processing the necessary refunds will be provided. In the case of cancellation, refunds can be made within fifteen days from the date of the public communication of the show's suspension. After this period, no refunds will be accepted. The refund of the ticket amount, once approved by the provider, will be automatically processed to the card used for the purchase, within an approximate period of 3 to 15 business days from the provider's approval. To verify the refund, the user should check the bank card statement (debit or credit) used for the purchase.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
